Check the Internet-web site at http://www.metrocounciLorg. <br />The Council... <br />high voltage cables and connections for <br />transformer T-43 at the Metro Plant. <br />Community Development <br />• took action allowing the city of Andover to <br />put their Comprehensive Plan Amendment <br />into effect to ensure the overall urban <br />residential density of the city is,at;three <br />:residential units per acre:.. <br />• adopted the revised Waiting List and <br />Grievance Procedures for the Metropolitan <br />Housing Opportunities Program. <br />• adopted the revised Admissions and <br />Continued Occupancy Policies for the <br />Family Affordable Housing Program. <br />• took action allowing the city of Andover to <br />put their Comprehensive Plan Amendment <br />fora 43-acre MUSA staging change into <br />effect. <br />Environment <br />• authorized its Regional Administrator to <br />negotiate and execute a design agreement <br />with MnDOT for relocation of a part of the <br />Elm Creek Interceptor in Maple Grove, to <br />accommodate MnDOT's revised design of <br />• CSAH 81 and TH 610 improvements. <br />• ratified the attached Justification for and <br />Declaration of Emergency for the repair of <br />• authorized its Regional Administrator to <br />execute an amendment to the engineering <br />services contract with Howard R. Green <br />Company in the amount not to exceed <br />$90,000. for additional design services for <br />..the Empire Wastewater. Treatment Plant. <br />Outfall. <br />• ratified the attached Justification for and <br />Declaration of Emergency for Riverview <br />Siphon Cleaning. <br />Management <br />approved a clarifying resolution re- <br />confirming the adoption of the 2004-2009 <br />Capital Improvement Program and the 2004 <br />Capital Budget and removing two capital <br />projects from the 2004 Authorized Capital <br />Program. <br />Transportation <br />authorized its Regional Administrator to <br />amend the Joint Powers Agreement <br />(Contract 98-020) with the City of <br />Minneapolis for the purchase and operation <br />of transit buses, increasing the number of <br />buses from five to eight and the Council's <br />maximum share of the cost from $600,000 <br />
