CONSENT G4 <br />3/10/04 <br />ITEM: Easement agreement for repair, installation and maintenance of a <br />storm sewer pipe <br />SUBMITTED BY: Heather Worthington, City Administrator <br />REVIEWED BY: Matthew Foli, Campbell Knutson <br />EXPLANATION: <br />Summary: As part of the Curtiss Field project, a storm sewer pipe adjacent to the apartment <br />buildings located at the corner of Snelling Service Drive and Idaho Avenue, needs to be replaced <br />due to pipe failure. The pipe was televised as part of the preparation for the Curtiss Field project, <br />and portions of the corrugated steel pipe are rusted through. In order to make this replacement, <br />an easement on the property is needed, as one was never obtained when the pipe was installed <br />(which was quite common in that time period).
