If you have any questions about this <br />report, please call Kay Andrews, Executive Director, at (651) 486-3808 ext. 243 or Pang <br />Lee, Data Entry Specialist at (651) 486-3808 ext. 256. <br />City of Falcon Heights <br />Report Period: Jan. 1, 2003 to December 31, 2003 <br />Annual City Contract for Service 2003: $7,243 <br />Your contract for service covers mental health, diversion, youth-run business and senior <br />chore programs. All other services are provided as an additional benefit. <br />In addition to city support, NYFS actively seeks operating funds from foundations, <br />businesses, state and county contracts for service, civic groups and individuals. Through <br />this collaborative effort, we are able to fund a wide range of services to families and <br />individuals in need. <br />Total market value of contracted services through December 31: $4,818.75 <br />Total market value ofnon-contracted services through December 31: $9,720 <br />Total market value of all services through December 31: $14,538.75 <br />(Please note that these numbers represent the market value of services provided, not what NYFS charges <br />for these services.
