Olson, Finance Director <br />REVIEWED BY: Matt Mayer, CPA, Kern, DeWenter, Viere Ltd <br />Heather Worthington, City Administrator <br />EXPLANATION/DESCRIPTION: <br />Summary: In our CAFR (Comprehensive Annual Financial Report) all of the Special Revenue <br />Funds are now required to be compared to the original budget. At end of year we usually do a <br />formal resolution for the General Fund, but not for the special revenue funds. We now need to <br />formalize the special revenue budgets for the 2003 CAFR presentation. Staff requests formal <br />adoption of all the origina12003 special revenue fund budgets. All the 2003 special revenue <br />budgets are attached. <br />Additionally, during the year we did formally adopt changes to the Community Development <br />Special revenue fund and also set up the CCC/CERT special revenue fund.
