FALCON HEIGHTS SIGNIFICANT CASES <br />. Prepared by Captain Ohl <br />The police department works a large variety of criminal cases. <br />Commonplace arrests for narcotics violations, theft, assault, and damage to <br />property are part of our everyday caseload. However, to give the citizens an <br />idea of some of the more significant cases worked this year, we would <br />submit the following (this list is by no means exhaustive of the police <br />department's yearly case load): <br />• 2nd Degree Assault (03-1251) -Arrested one adult male <br />• Criminal Sexual Conduct (03-1904) -Suspect identified after <br />extensive investigation. Administrative subpoenas completed. <br />Suspect (adult male) arrested. <br />• Road Rage (03-2051) -Suspect vehicle information received. TXT's <br />sent. Unable to identify suspect. <br />• Felony Financial Transaction Card Fraud (03-3583) -One adult <br />arrested and charged at County Attorney's Office. <br />• 2nd Degree Domestic Assault (03-4008) -Squad arrested one adult. <br />Case charged at County Attorney's Office. <br />• Felony Theft (03-4286) -Suspect information received regarding <br />stolen vehicle. Suspect identified and arrested. <br />• Search Warrant (03-4387) -Assisted Hennepin County Investigations <br />with high-risk search warrant in Falcon Heights. One adult male <br />taken into custody. <br />• <br />
