Joint Powers Agreement <br />for Police Services <br />Page 7 <br />shall be effective on December 31st at 11:59 of the year that either St. Anthony or <br />Falcon Heights terminate the Agreement. <br />XXII. REVIEW OF AGREEMENT <br />From time to time the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall be reviewed <br />and revised as St. Anthony and Falcon Heights deem necessary. <br />XXIII.
