CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />FINANCIAL ANALYSIS <br />December 31, 2003 <br />General Fund <br />Overall, the healthy financial position of the General Fund can be attributed to conservative <br />budgeting practices, which have maintained a steady revenue stream while keeping expenditures <br />increases in check. This also has allowed the General Fund to financially assist other funds. <br />Sanitary Sewer Fund <br />Sanitary sewer revenue increased for the first time in several years, in part, due to increased <br />usage at the University of Minnesota.
