N O. 2004-13 <br />CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />• COUNCIL RESOLUTION <br />Date: June 23, 2004 <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATION <br />OF TICKET AND PARKING PASS <br />AT AN EVENT AT THE STATE FAIR GROUNDS <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor has been requested to attend an event at the State Fair Grounds; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor's attendance at the event will promote the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor's attendance at the event would benefit the citizens of Falcon <br />Heights. <br />® NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />FALCON HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA: <br />The Mayor is authorized to attend the event as a City representative. <br />2. Pursuant to Minn. Stat. ~ 465.03, the City accepts the event ticket and parking <br />pass on behalf of the City and authorizes the Mayor to use the event ticket and <br />parking pass. <br />ADOPTED by the Falcon Heights City Council on June 23, 2004. <br />Susan L.
