C <br />CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />COUNCIL MINUTES <br />October 22, 2003 <br />Mayor Gehrz convened the regular City Council meeting at 7:00 PM. <br />PRESENT: Mayor Sue Gehrz, Council members Laura Kuettel, Robert Lamb, <br />Peter Lindstrom and Richard Talbot <br />Also present: Deputy Clerk Mary Shea Kodluboy <br />Absent with prior notice: City Administrator Heather Worthington <br />COMMUNITY FORUM: There was no commentary from the audience. <br />PRESENTATIONS: None Scheduled <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: The Council minutes dated October 8, 2003 were <br />unanimously approved as submitted. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS: None Scheduled <br />CONSENT AGENDA: <br />Kuettel moved approval of the Consent Agenda, as outlined below. The motion was <br />unanimously approved. <br />1. General Disbursements through October 15, 2003 <br />in the Amount of: $ 104,036.27 <br />2. Payroll (10/01/03-10/15/03) in the Amount of: $ 9,922.09 <br />POLICY AGENDA: None <br />REPORTS FROM COUNCIL MEMBERS: None <br />INFORMATION AND ANNOUNCEMENTS: <br />Council member Kuettel said the Association of Metropolitan Municipalities has <br />prepared a draft of a Regional Development Guide, and will be holding a series <br />of meetings at various locations around the metro area to gather feedback from the <br />public. <br />Mayor Gehrz said the City has been notified by the St. Paul Water Utility Board that <br />there will be a slight increase in water rates for the coming year. She reminded the cable <br />audience that Falcon Heights residents pay wholesale rather than retail rates. <br />108339 <br />a <br />
