The agenda includes: <br />- City of Andover, 75-acre MUSA & land use comprehensive plan amendment; <br />- Tax base revitalization account funding recommendations; <br />- Proposal to conduct hearing on designating land in Scott County as a regional park; <br />- Community Development Committee 2004 work plan; <br />- Livable Communities Demonstration Account (LCDA) funding for development projects; <br />- The City of Eagan's re-election to participate in the livable communities act; and other business. <br />TAB Programming Committee -Wed., Dec. 17, 12 Noon, Chambers. The agenda includes: <br />- approval of Metropolitan Council 2004 unified operating budget and related property tax levies; <br />- approval of Metropolitan Council 2004-09 capital improvement program and 2003 capital budget; <br />- proposal to conduct hearing on designating land in Scott County as a regional park and amend recreation and <br />open space policy plan's grant reimbursement policy B-7; <br />- ratification of declaration of emergency for repairs to South St. Paul forcemain; <br />- authorization to negotiate and execute an engineering services contract for facility planning for Blue Lake <br />Plant improvements, and Seneca Plant phosphorus & disinfection; <br />- MetroEnvironment partnership targeted grants; <br />- VanPool Services, Inc.
