• CONSENT F3 <br />8/13/03 <br />ITEM: Step Increase and Compensation Increase for Mary Shea Kodluboy, <br />Deputy Clerk <br />SUBMITTED BY: Heather Worthington, City Administrator <br />EXPLANATION: <br />Summary: Mary Shea Kodluboy completed her first six months as a probationary city <br />employee on June 31st. I have completed a performance review of Mary, and her performance <br />has been excellent. She has shown excellent ability to learn the duties involved in the position, <br />regularly takes initiative, and her overall attention to detail, her customer service skills, and her <br />problem solving skills are impressive. In addition, Mary has become an integral part of our <br />team here in Falcon Heights, and is working very effectively with other staff members in <br />accomplishing tasks, completing projects and taking on new initiatives. Therefore, I am <br />recommending a 3% increase to Step 2, and the permanent hire of Mary, <br />effective July 1, 2003. <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />• • Approval of a 3 % raise for Mary Shea Kodluboy, and a step increase to Step 2 <br />C3 <br />
