• <br />L~ <br />Policy Gl <br />8/13/03 <br />ITEM: Resolution 03-13 Approving a Tax Parcel Split <br />SUBMITTED BY: Heather Worthington, City Administrator <br />REVIEWED BY: Matthew Foli, Campbell Knutson <br />EXPLANATION: <br />Summary: The planning and ultimate construction of the new Dino's restaurant will require a <br />tax parcel split due to a land swap between the owner of the adjacent property and the developer, <br />George Sherman. <br />The City Council is being asked to approve the splitting of the Parcel Identification Number <br />(PIN) for tax purposes. There will be no effect on local tax base or revenue. <br />ATTACHMENT: <br />• Resolution 03-13 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />• Adoption of Resolution 03-13 approving a tax parcel split for Lots 4 and 5, Keller's <br />rearrangement of Block 10 of Falcon Heights Addition, including the West Half of the <br />vacated alley adjacent to said lots. <br />~7 <br />
