Stipulating Respondent shall execute such documents as Petitioner may reasonably deem <br />necessary to give effect to the terms and provisions of this Stipulation and Settlement; <br />19. The Court may make and enter the Order Transferring Title and Possession attached <br />hereto as Exhibit B, upon the application of the Petitioner without further notice; and <br />20.
