Attachment B: Contract and Analysis Services Rates <br />Issued August 29, 2003 <br />I. Master Contracts <br />Description: Use existing City of Saint Paul Master Contracts, as is. Access to all contracts <br />(300+ contracts). <br />• Between August 29, 2003 and December 31, 2003 -available at no charge to jurisdictions that <br />sign a j oint purchasing agreement. <br />• January 1, 2004 and after-Annual fee of $350, payable by the end of the first quarter of 2004. <br />Special Master Contracts: <br />Some additional staff work will be required to add new users to some contracts. A one-time <br />setup fee of $100 will be charged to cover our administrative costs. <br /> <br />A) Gas or Diesel contracts -Yocum Oil has agreed to extend the contract beyond the November <br />expiration date and hold the price of the gas contract through February, 2004 and the diesel <br />contract through April 2004. Interested jurisdictions must submit a check for $100 and have • <br />joint powers agreement in place by November 1 to be included in the contract extension. (A copy <br />of the gas contract is included in this packet.) <br />B. Merchant Account -Wells Fargo Bank has agreed to allow other jurisdictions to use Saint <br />Paul's Merchant Account contracts (traditional credit card processing and Internet card <br />processing). All users will get the benefits of a "pooled rate." Jurisdictions should submit a <br />letter of interest by to Linda Camp that includes the following information: <br />-estimated number of card transactions per year <br />-estimated dollar amount of transactions <br />A meeting will be set up of interested users to discuss implementation. <br />II. Other Purchasing Services <br />Description Charge <br />A. Advertised bid or Request For Proposal $900 per transaction <br />Cost includes: <br />• Assignment of professional buyer <br />• Specification/RFP research and development <br />•.
