The City does hereby retain the Contractor to furnish GASOLINE for the period 6/2/03 to <br />11/30/03 in accordance with the specifications, and Contractor's submission for bid number A- <br />23427, which opened on 2/19/03, which are incorporated herein by reference. <br />3. This contract has been established for the benefit of the City of St. Paul and Ramsey County and <br />may be used by either government. Other governments who have executed Joini Powers <br />Agreements with the City of Saint Paul, may take advantage of the' pricing offered under this <br />agreement, but must use their own.purchase orders. Any such purchases made from this <br />agreement under Joints Powers Authority are the responsibility of the Contractor and the <br />individual government(s) involved and not of the City of Saint Paul or.Ramsey County. <br />4. "Minnesota Statutes 1990, Section 297A.25 as amended during the 1992 legislative Session, <br />require.local governments to pay sales tax on most purchases up to a maximum of 6.5%. <br />Contractor shall add any applicable tax as a separate entry to the invoices related to this <br />agreement. <br />Special Terms & Conditions <br />Net 30 Days <br />• <br />3G <br />
