• CONSENT G2 <br />9/10/03 <br />ITEM: Joint Powers Agreement Among Members of the Ramsey County <br />Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Users <br />SUBMITTED BY: Deborah Jones, Zoning/Planning/Code Enforcement Coordinator <br />REVIEWED BY: Heather Worthington, City Administrator <br />EXPLANATION: <br />Summary: The Ramsey County GIS Users Group is ajoint-powers entity that works cooperatively <br />to provide Geographical Information System (GIS) information and mapping resources (such as digital <br />orthographic photography) for its member cities. This cooperative service saves the member cities <br />money, and provides valuable education for our employees. <br />The city first approved this JPA in 2000. It is now being presented for renewal to all of the member <br />cities.
