POLICY ITEM: H4 <br />(continued) <br />Staff is applying to the Capitol Region Watershed District fora $5,000 grant to fund a <br />community sponsored rain barrel program to reduce storm water runoff. <br />The construction site and post construction site measures addressed in the existing Falcon <br />Heights Storm Water Management Plan recover costs by charging fees for plan review <br />and requiring a performance bond.
