Policy 1 <br />1/8/03 <br />ITEM: Appointment of Barbara Lukermann and re-appointment of Barb <br />Heideman to the Planning Commission <br />SUBMITTED BY: Susan Gehrz, Mayor <br />REVIEWED BY: Heather Worthington, City Administrator <br />EXPLANATION: <br />Summary: Ms. Lukermann has applied to serve on the Planning Commission. Residents <br />of Falcon Heights are eligible to serve on the Commissions for up to two consecutive, <br />three-year terms. Commissions meet monthly to discuss business related to their specific <br />area of interest, and make recommendations to the City Council. Ms. Heideman has <br />served one three-year term on the Commission, and currently chairs that group. <br />Commissioners will serve athree-year term, commencing on January 1, 2003. <br />• ATTACHMENT: <br />Commission Application from Barbara Lukermann <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Approval of the appointment of Barbara Lukerman and re-appointment of Barb <br />Heideman to the Planning Commission for three-year terms. <br />• <br />
