• Leadership Trainin Institute Seminars: Theses ec' <br />g p ial institute seminars are offered to <br />conference delegates for a separate registration fee. Space is limited and available on a first <br />come first served basis. The Institute promotes excellence in municipal leadership through <br />high quality education and training seminars for Iocal elected officials. T'hraugh the Institute, <br />local leaders learn practical leadership skills, abilities and strategies to lead change and <br />innovation in their cities and towns. If you are interested in enrolling in the Certificate of <br />Achievement in Leadership Program, contact Dwight Horkheimer at horkheimer(c~.nlc.or~ for <br />further details.
