. INTERIM USE PERMIT <br />3. Conditions (continued) <br />^ Reasonable and appropriate measures must be taken to prevent <br />unreasonable disturbance to adjacent properties, such as trash or <br />debris finding its way onto the adjacent properties, and not being <br />removed, or customers of the Market crossing over adjacent <br />properties without permission of the owner. <br />^ The owner of the location shall take reasonable and appropriate <br />measures to ensure that the St. Paul Farmer's Market does not <br />disturb adjacent property owners with excessive noise. <br />4. Termination of Permit. The Permit shall terminate upon the <br />occurrence of any of the following events, whichever first occurs. <br />a. One year from the date of granting this permit. <br />b. Violation of any of the conditions set forth herein. <br />• c. A change in the zoning ordinance which no longer allows the <br />use. <br />5. Recording.
