Subp. 5. Sec. 105.3. Sec. 105.3 of the Uniform Fire Code is amended to read: <br />• 105.3 Application for Permit. All applications for a permit required by this code shall be made to the chief in such form and detail <br />as required by the chief. Applications for permits shall be accompanied by such plans as required by the chief. <br />Subp. 6. Sec. 105.8. Sec. 105.8 of the Uniform Fire Code is deleted and replaced with the followins: <br />105.8 Permit Required.
