The <br />monthly fee for this service is $163.69, for which we will invoice the city on <br />a quarterly basis at the time we forward your franchise fee check. <br /> <br />The service includes the following:. <br />1 . CTV will encode (i.e., record) any meetings you televise live from city <br />hall and cablecast them live on Channel 16, replaying them later in <br />accordance with the city's schedule. <br />2. CTV will cablecast on Channel 16 any other programming provided by <br />the city in accordance with the city's schedule. <br />3. The city meetings will be linked with agenda items, based on timing <br />provided by the city producer or staff, and posted to the city°s web site. <br />4. If the city desires, CTV will archive the meetings on DVD for future <br />reference. City must pay the cost of the DVD's. (Current prices for DVD's <br />are between 525 and 530, and the can be used to record approximately 8 <br />hours of programming.) <br />5. CTV will have a master control operator on duty Monday through <br />Thursday from 3 p.m. until 1 1 p.m. or until the end of the last live event that <br />evening.
