Last year we had a clean-up .day but we re- <br />mained open and it didn't work very well. (Most of us ended up doing <br />~ our regular jobs dressed in our grubbies!) We can put a sign on the front <br />door, a message on the recorder, and leave the door unlocked so people <br />could still drop off recreation registrations, building permits, etc. <br />. Some of the cleaning we'd like to accomplish includes: <br />- individual office space <br />- kitchen cupboards <br />- vault (f ile room) <br />- basement <br />City Council members are welcome to help! <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Authorize the closing of City Hall April 26 and 27. <br />- <br />~~ i <br />
