The structure meets <br />Section 9-2.04(1)(c) and 9-2.04(l)(i) of the Zoning Cody. <br />• Background: .Last fall, Mr. Affolter requested a Permitted Accessory <br />Use Permit for a boat storage shelter that .was attached to his <br />garage.
