The proposed 1991 projects consist of <br />Albert between Larpenteur and Garden, Arona between Crawford and Roselawn, <br />Fry, Garden, St. Mary's and Maple Knoll. In preparing this schedule, we <br />have assumed the assessment hearing will be held prior to awarding the <br />contract and the construction should begin as early as weather will permit, <br />to complete the projects in 1991. <br />Since this is the first time through this process with the City's new <br />Assessment Manual, we have allowed extra time should additional meetings be <br />necessary. Our proposed project schedule is as follows: <br />TASK TIME DATE <br />1. Resolution ordering feasibility a,; <br />study A~-I~~, 1990 <br />2. Prepare Feasibility Study 30-45 days <br />3. Resolution accepting feasibility <br />study & setting public hearing June 13, 1990 <br />4. Prepare and send mail notices <br />10 days prior to hearing 30 days <br />5. Hold public hearing <br />Resolution ordering plans and <br />specifications July 11, 1990 <br />6.
