b. <br />RESOLUTION 90 - <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Albert Street between Larpenteur <br />Avenue and Garden Avenue, Arona Street between Crawford Avenue and Roselawn <br />Avenue, Fry Street between Larpenteur Avenue and Garden Avenue, Garden <br />Avenue between Fry Street and Snelling Avenue, St. Mary's Street between <br />Larpenteur Avenue and Maple Knoll Drive and Maple Knoll Drive between Fry <br />Street and Snelling Avenue by reconstruction and to assess the benefited <br />property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF FALCON HEIGHTS, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to Maier Stewart & <br />Associates, Inc. for study and that they be instructed to report to the <br />council with all convenient speed advising the council in a preliminary way <br />as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it <br />• should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other <br />improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br />Adopted by the council this 25th day of April, 1990. <br />m <br />Thomas Baldwin, Mayor <br />Shirley G.
