Proposal for <br />Comprehensive <br />Municipal Plan <br />Revision <br />Study Approach and Phase I!I Research and Analyze Data <br />Work Tasks Research and analyze land use information and other planning data <br />available from internal and external sources. Tasks include <br />incorporating City and non-City plans (Ramsey County, University <br />of Minnesota, State Fair Grounds, Mn/DOT) which affect <br />comprehensive planning in Falcon Heights. <br />Task A: Research/analyze data from City <br />Task B: Research; analyze data from other sources <br />` Task C: Incorporate other plans within City (CIP, Park and <br />Recreation, Transportation, ) <br />Task D: Incorporate non-City Plans (i.e. Ramsey County, Mn/ <br />DOT, Metropolitan Council, etc.) <br />Phase IV Formulate Policies <br />r' <br />- Formulate land-use planning policies that are important <br />~ foundations to the Comprehensive Municipal Plan. Research, <br />workshops, and other information gained during the first three <br />phases .will be used. The result will be formulation of policies <br />pertinent to current and future development of Falcon Heights. <br />Task A: Organize and structure policy themes <br />Task B: Incorporate land use and other planning data <br />Task C: Policy workshop with Council and staff <br />Task D: Workshop follow-up and document draft policies <br />Phase V Draft Comprehensive Plan Update <br />Pertinent sections of the existing Municipal Comprehensive Plan <br />will be revised and/or updated, new sections will be added, and a <br />policy framework established.
