The Consultant will be primarily re;oonsiCle o; <br />directing and supervising the plan formulation process, the formulation of <br />land use, transportation and community facilities recommendations, <br />mapping, plan preparation, issues resolution and continuing consultatior:. <br />The City will be responsible for aII printing and reproduction of the Pian <br />documents. <br />The timeline is flexible depending oz the City Staffs work load and its <br />abilit}~ to fit the Comprehensive Plan into its otherwise busy schedule. <br />Certainly, the process could be completed in as little as six to erght months. <br />As you will see in reviewing this proposal, we are proposrng a fee for Pasic <br />. S°:rVICeS of eleven thousand.. five hundred dollars (S1-?.,5001.
