CONSENT GS <br />• 1/12/05 <br />ITEM: Consider Resolution 05-02 approving up to a 3% standard <br />compensation increase for regular employees in 2005, subject to <br />review and recommendation by supervisor <br />SUBMITTED BY: Heather Worthington, City Administrator <br />EXPLANATION: <br />Summary: The Council is being asked to formally approve up to a 3% salary increase for <br />regular employees with a satisfactory performance in 2005. This increase is budgeted for in the <br />2005 budget. <br />Staff received their performance evaluations the first full week of January which were conducted <br />by their supervisor or the City Administrator. <br />ATTACHMENT: <br />Resolution OS-02 on page ~~_ <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />• Approval of 3% standard compensation increase for regular employees for 2005, subject to <br />review and recommendation by supervisor <br />• <br /> <br />
