EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT <br />Amended ]une 22, 2005 <br />Originally entered into on April 15, 2000 <br />AGREEMENT made the 22nd day of June, 2005, by and between the CITY OF <br />Falcon Heights, a Minnesota municipal corporation ("Employer"), and <br />Heather M. Worthington ("Employee"). <br />The parties agree as follows: <br />1. POSITION. Employer agrees to employ Employee as its City Administrator. <br />Employee agrees to serve as City Administrator in accordance with state statutes and <br />City ordinances and to perform such other legally permissible and proper duties and <br />functions as the City Council shall from time to time assign. <br />2. MOVING AND RELOCATION ALLOWANCE. None <br />3. PENSION PLAN. Employer shall contribute to PERA as required by State law for <br />Employee or an alternate pension plan, if selected by Employee, authorized by State <br />• law. Employee shall also be eligible for personal contributions to the ICMA 457 Plan, <br />with no contribution made by the City. <br />4. SALARY. Employer shall pay the Employee an annual salary of $65,229 for the year <br />starting January 1, 2005 and thereafter at such rate as fixed by the City Council. The <br />Employee will be given an annual performance and annual salary review. The Employer <br />may make necessary salary adjustments between annual review periods. <br />5. SICK LEAVE. Employee shall accrue sick leave in accordance with the City's <br />personnel policies. <br />6. VACATIONS. Employee shall accrue vacation leave in accordance with the City's <br />personnel policies. Employee shall be eligible for four weeks of vacation per year. <br />9. HOLIDAYS. Employer shall provide Employee the same holidays as enjoyed by <br />other employees in accordance with the City's personnel policies. <br />9. GENERAL INSURANCE. Employer shall provide Employee the same group hospital, <br />medical, dental, life and disability insurance benefits as provided to other employees in <br />accordance with the City's personnel policies. <br />.7 <br />3g <br />
