2. The building is not in such a state of deterioration or disre air or is otherwise <br />P <br />structurally so unsafe that it could not be moved without endangering persons <br />and/or property in the city; <br />10. The building is not structurally unsafe or unfit for the purpose for which it is being <br />moved into the city. <br />Subdivision 11. Environmental. The city council may, from time to time, adopt by <br />resolution and reference various performance standards pertaining to the environment of <br />Falcon Heights. These may include, but are not necessarily limited to, various standards <br />and regulations contained in the Metropolitan Development Guide or as proposed by the <br />Metropolitan Council pertaining to on-site sewage disposal and treatment, protection of <br />air space navigation, wetlands, solar access protection and others. <br />The city council may require that existing uses on the date of adoption of this chapter <br />shall, within a reasonable length of time, comply with all performance standards, including <br />visual, following a public hearing on the matter. <br /> <br />yT <br />
