The Council voted unanimously to adopt the findings of fact. <br />Proposed Ordinance amending portions of Chapter 9 of the City Code regarding non- <br />conformities <br />The Council discussed the state law changes that required the city code be updated. Knutson <br />explained that the new law made replacement ofnon-conforming features an administrative <br />matter, rather than requiring review and permitting by the Planning Commission and City <br />Council.
