POLICY Hl <br />• 10/12/05 <br />ITEM: Resolution for All-Hazard Mitigation Plan <br />SUBMITTED BY: Heather Worthington, City Administrator <br />EXPLANATION: <br />Summary <br />In mid-2005, Ramsey County asked all cities in the County to pass a resolution stating that they <br />would participate in a mitigation planning process in order to develop an All Hazard Mitigation <br />Plan. <br />Falcon Heights passed that resolution unanimously, and did participate in the planning process. <br />The plan is now done, and Ramsey County is asking each municipality to adopt the plan. <br />Ramsey County will continue to administer the plan, with the input and participation of <br />individual cities. <br />This will satisfy the requirements of the federal law requiring all cities and counties to adopt an <br />.
