WHEREAS, this Countywide All-Hazard Mitigation Plan has been approved by the Federal <br />• Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and by the State of Minnesota Department of Public <br />Safety, Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management for Ramsey County and for <br />any jurisdiction with Ramsey County that chooses to adopt this plan as their municipal All- <br />Hazard Mitigation Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, this resolution does not preclude any municipality from preparing its own plan in <br />the future should it desire to do so; therefore Be It <br />RESOLVED, that the City of Falcon Heights supports the countywide All-Hazard Mitigation <br />Plan development effort, and, be it further <br />RESOLVED, that the City of Falcon Heights hereby adopts this countywide All-Hazard <br />Mitigation Plan as the All-Hazard Mitigation Plan for the city, and, be it further <br />RESOLVED, that the City of Falcon Heights requests that the Ramsey County Division of <br />Emergency Management and Homeland Security coordinate the All-Hazard Mitigation Plan <br />development and maintenance efforts for the City of Falcon Heights in the future. <br />Adopted this 12th day of October, 2005. <br />Susan L.
