• CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />VARIANCE <br />1. PERMIT. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the City of <br />Falcon Heights hereby grants the following variance: <br />• side yard setback to allow a 22 foot side yard setback on the east side of <br />the property to allow an entrance foyer on the east side of the building <br />2. PROPERTY. The variance is for the following described property in the <br />City of Falcon Heights, Ramsey County, Minnesota: <br />The East 96.28 feet of Lots 8 and 9, Larpenteur Villas, except road <br />easement, according to the recorded plat thereof, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota. <br />3. CONDITIONS. The variance is issued subject to the following conditions: <br />• An entrance foyer .shall be constructed on east side of the building. <br />4. LAPSE.
