RESOLUTION 2005-15 <br />• City of Falcon Hei hts <br />g <br />October 12, 2005 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING VARIANCE FOR 1347 LARPENTEUR AVENUE <br />WHEREAS, Laverne V. Thatcher has requested a variance to provide for an <br />entrance foyer for the Thatcher Chiropractic Clinic located 1347 Larpenteur Avenue <br />legally described as: The East 96.28 feet of Lots 8 and 9, Larpenteur Villas, except road <br />easement, according to the recorded plat thereof, Ramsey County, Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the application at a duly <br />called public hearing and recommends approval. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Falcon Heights that it does hereby approve the requested variance. <br />• Moved by: Approved by: <br />Susan L.
