The property is being sold, and the new owner plans to renovate the <br />building for use as an eye clinic. The proposed foyer is the only change to the present footprint. <br />A 30 foot setbacl: is required on the Hamline side; the proposed foyer plus overhang would <br />extend 8 feet into the required setback. <br />A public hearing on this variances will be held on the date stated below, at the September <br />meeting of the City Planning Commission. <br />U <br />Tuesday, September 27, Z00~ <br />7:00 p.m. <br />City Hall Council Chambers <br />A copy of the published legal notice is enclosed.
