CITY OF FALCONHEIGHTS <br />RESOLUTION 2005-18 • <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND STAFF TO SIGN THE 2006 <br />RAMSEY COUNTY SCORE GRANT, AND ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT <br />WITH RAMSEY COUNTY FOR FUNDING <br />WHEREAS, the City of Falcon Heights has a recycling program, which serves the residents of <br />the City; and <br />WHEREAS; the City utilizes the SCORE funding to offset costs of that program each year; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that participation in this program is beneficial <br />to the residents of Falcon Heights; <br />NOW, therefore, be it resolved by the. City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota; <br />The Mayor and City Administrator are authorized to enter into an agreement with Ramsey <br />County for funding under the 2006 SCORE Grant. <br />Adopted, unanimously, by the City Council of Falcon Heights on November 9, 2005. <br />• <br />APPROVED: <br />Susan L.
