• <br />CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />N0.2005-19 <br />COUNCIL RESOLUTION <br />November 9, 2005 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING APPORTIONING SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR <br />PARCEL COMBINATION <br />WHEREAS, the property owner at 1579 Hamline Avenue has requested that Ramsey County <br />combine two parcels under one PIN; and <br />WHEREAS, in order to collect special assessments associated with these properties, the city <br />must apportion the assessment amounts to the new PIN number. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights <br />apportions the assessment amounts as follows: <br />Old Pin New Pin Assessment Balance <br />R 22.29.23.21.0162 $1951.85 <br />R 22.29.23.21.0163 $2603.33 <br />R 22.29.23.21.0181 $4555.18 <br />Moved by: Approved by: <br />Susan L.
