CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />N0.2005-20 <br />COUNCIL RESOLUTION <br />• <br />November 23, 2005 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING ASSESSMENT FOR THE REMOVAL OF A DISEASED <br />ELM TREE AT 1687 LARPENTEUR AVENUE <br />WHEREAS, the property owner at 1687 Larpenteur Avenue has requested that the City of <br />Falcon Heights remove a diseased elm tree on the property; and <br />WHEREAS, in order to complete this work, the City of Falcon Heights has entered into an <br />agreement with the property owner to remove the tree; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights <br />does hereby impose a special assessment of $2,742.38 with 6% interest over 10 years totaling <br />$3,647.37. <br />Moved by: <br />GEHRZ In Favor <br />KUETTEL <br />TALBOT Against <br />LINDSTROM <br />LAMB <br />• <br />Approved by: <br />Susan L.
