POLICY HS <br />12/14/05 <br />ITEM: Ramsey County Mutual Aid Agreement <br />SUBMITTED BY: Heather Worthington, City Administrator <br />EXPLANATION: <br />Summary: Under federal statute, cities are required to adopt an intrastate mutual aid agreement. The <br />attached agreement restates and compliments an existing mutual aid agreement with cities in Ramsey, <br />Hennepin, Washington, Anoka, Dakota, and other metro counties to provide mutual aid in emergency <br />situations.
