• 9-2.08, 2.09 <br />9-2.08 Essential Services. Essential services as defined <br />herein shall be permitted as authorized and regulated <br />by State law and Code of the City of Falcon Heights, <br />except as further regulated herein. <br />9-2.09 Annexed Territory Areas being annexed shall be <br />appropriately zoned in accordance with the <br />Comprehensive Municipal Plan at the time of annexation. <br />Pending official zoning action by the City Council, all <br />annexed land shall be considered as zoned "R-1." <br /> <br />39 <br />
