FALCON HEIGHTS PLANNING COMMISSION <br />STANDING RULES <br /> <br />INTRODUCTION <br />In the belief that the best decisions are made by the best informed decisionmakers and <br />that the public decision process is best served when the public has every opportunity <br />to present views, the following rules are established to govern regular and special <br />commission meetings as well as formal public hearings. There are several goals <br />behind these rules. <br />1.
