Purpose: Clarifies that driveways must be paved. All surfacing <br />must be completed prior to occupancy unless other arrangements have been <br />made with the Zoning Administrator. <br />Subdivision 6. Design and Maintenance of Off-Street Parking Areas: <br />d. Surfacing. All driveways and off-street parking areas shall be permanently <br />surfaced with either concrete or asphalt or impervious decorative pavement <br />• such as brick between the street and garage. (This does not require the <br />resurfacing of existing driveways with parallel tracks into one contiguous <br />surface.) <br /> <br />Purpose: Makes code conform better to Falcon Heights commercial areas and <br />replicates what currently is done. (Lot frontage and business would be <br />equal amount of signs.) <br />9-13.02 Permitted Signs in Each Zoning District <br />Subdivision 2. Business Districts ("B-2") <br />c. Size. <br />1.
