Haisington, the city engineer and the city administrator met with property <br />owners and interested. parties. about the proposed reconstruction on Larpenteur <br />Avenue. These were small group meetings. that included- a description of the <br />streetscape plan as well as a discussion of proposed improve-menu like sideYvalks, <br />turn lanes and parking, A video tape of the streetscape plan uuas made available <br />to- all parties.
