(This was 524/front foot 1993.) <br />- commercial property at 66% the cost of constructing a .commercial <br />equivalent street section. (No recent cost example available.) <br />- tax -exempt property at 100% the cost of constructing a street <br />section. (This was 560/front foot in 1993.) <br />- stormwater drainage is assessed.
