• <br />Presented By <br />1 <br />2 An ordinance amending Chapter 60 of the Saint <br />3 Paul Legislative Code pertaining to Zoning; <br />4 adding provisions regulating the location of <br />5 firearms dealers <br />6 <br />7 The Council of the City of Saint Paul Does Ordain: <br />8 <br />9 Section 1 <br />10 <br />11 That Section 60.206.F. of the Saint Paul Legislative Code is hereby amended so as to add the following <br />~' definitions thereto: <br />3 <br />Firearm Any weapon from which is propelled any missle projectile bullet or other mass <br />through a barrel by means of explosives or gas or air but excluding antique firearm children's tox, <br />16 "BB" ~,un scuba gun, stud gun, nail~?un or similar industrial tool or medical instrument. <br />17 <br />18 Firearms dealer.
