• <br />City of Falcon Heights <br />Planning Commission <br />November 28, 1994 <br />Number: 6 <br />ITEM: Report regarding cancellation of December meeting <br />REPORTED BY: Carla Asleson, Planner <br />EXPLANATION/DESCRIPTION: <br />Planning Commission meetings are ordinarily scheduled for the fourth Monday of each <br />month. The next planning commission meeting falls on December 26, which is a <br />national holiday in observance of Christmas. <br />Since the following Monday, January 2, is also a national holiday (observance of New <br />Year's Day), staff is recommending that the December planning commission meeting <br />be canceled. Because December is typically a slower month for building and <br />development projects, staff does not project a need to take action on any planning <br />issues. <br />• If the December meeting is canceled, the next planning commission meeting would be <br />held on January 23, 1995. <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Motion to cancel the December 1994 Planning Commission <br />meeting. <br />• <br />1 <br />
