At the January 25,
1994 meeting, the planning commission reviewed the proposed changes in the
comprehensive plan and city code that address these uses in the interim
development moratorium. The commission directed the staff to clarify some of the
language in the proposed changes and to bring them back for the commission's
consideration, public hearings (where required) and action at the February 28,
1994 meeting.
Staff recommends addressing these proposed changes as a package. The
commission may want to go through the entire package and hold the public hearing
on all proposed changes at one time.
