To be able to address <br />whether or not there are negative secondary impacts from adult uses, staff <br />• reviewed studies conducted by other cities. <br />STUDIES USED TO DETERMINE SECONDARY IMPACTS <br />Several local and national studies have determined that negative secondary impacts <br />result from adult uses.
